The restaurant here was pretty good which mad delicious meals both for breakfast and dinner, we both ordered excellent dishes. The staff was pleasant and around most of the time.

fairly clean hotel with ideal location in kingston so close to the construction, most things and new kingston and environs. absolutely courteous employees with nice manners. lots of fabulous food for meals.

Beds were way too hard.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Kingston, Jamaica that exceeded my expectations. Firstly, the staff was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They were always friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my time there. Secondly, the amenities provided were top-notch and really added to the overall experience. Everything from the basic amenities in the rooms to the breakfast that was included was of great quality. Speaking of the rooms, I was pleased to find that they were spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds that ensured a good night's sleep. Lastly, the hotel's location in a safe area with good security on the grounds made me feel at ease throughout my stay. It was also in close proximity to many conveniences, which was really convenient. this hotel offered excellent value for money and I would highly recommend it.

All was absolutely fine during my stay.

The location was virtually the same as much higher priced hotels in New Kingston. This hotel was clean, nice and safe. It offers free breakfast -both traditional Jamaican and typical eggs and bacon. It has a lush garden setting.

I liked the food at the hotel.

In my opinion the service was poor because I had to call the front office five times to advise them that there was ants in our bathroom. My five year daughter is allergic to ants. The room was not clean upon arrival on the first day, we had a housekeeper to wipe the floor because it was filthy. The bathroom was filty, there were stains on the sheets. I would hear staff in the kitchen making noise early in the morning. There was no consideration that guest were sleeping at 5 or 6 am in the morning. Each morning I was awaken around 5 or 6am with noise outside of my window coming from the restaurant area. The cable television did work completely. I would not stay at the hotel again. Myself and mother mother was very dissatisfied with the hotel.

I got good value for my money at Altamont Court. The room was clean and comfortable, with amenities like two TVs, a fridge, and iron facilities. The location was convenient, and the staff were helpful and polite.

The only thing that could make the breakfast better would be more fruit options.

The restaurant, food was good and the restaurant staff were very friendly. On Sunday, they were not as friendly, different set.

Room was not clean. Bathroom was horrible. I sat on toilet paper and actually cleaned the toilet cover. It was old, but needed more attention to details. The ice bucket had cigarette ashes and was not cleaned. The room was hot, they turn off the AC and it took several hours to get the room cool. Pool was not working.

The front desk staff, especially Crystal were friendly but professional. Dyawne in the restuarant was a nice server.
